Dabigatran
Belong to a special class of medicine called direct thrombin inhibitor; Dabigatran is widely used as an oral anticoagulant. It is also sometimes used as the alternative to wayfaring, due to excellent anticoagulant properties (blood thinner). It is preferred for various clinical indications as it does not require blood tests for international normalized ratio (INR) monitoring while offering similar results in terms of efficacy.
