Mirabegron
Mirabegron is a pharmaceutical drug, indicated for the effective treatment of overactive bladder. It leads to muscle relaxation and an increase in bladder capacity by activating Ã23 adrenergic receptor present in the detrusor muscle of bladder. Recently, this drug has shown its efficacy in activating brown fat and increase in metabolism. Based on a small study, this drug is proved to exhibit the ability of increasing metabolic rate, basal heart rate and blood pressure that are major signs of cardiovascular stimulation.
